                                                                                              Regional Vice President of Operations

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Regional Vice President of Operations to join our team. This highly visible role will have responsibility for driving superior patient outcomes and delivering operational results.

Qualified candidates will:

• A valid administrator’s license is required.

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related course of study (healthcare administration, business, nursing or other health sciences field) and at least two years of experience providing leadership to multiple long-term care facilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be able to demonstrate operational success including exceptional patient service, growth in the census, compliance with state regulations and achievement of consistent star superior ratings within the portfolio of facilities managed.

Specifically, this position will:

• Oversee operational and clinical responsibility for an assigned portfolio of facilities in the region.

• Hire, supervise and train facility Administrators at multiple locations, and Regional Director of Clinical Services and Business Development Directors assigned to the region

• Ensure regulatory compliance to all federal, state and local regulations and laws relating to nursing home administration; guide facilities to operate within established company policies and practices

• Guide administrators in the preparation/analyses of the financial operating budget and monitor monthly performance; monitor performance and guide key facility management to meet operational goals

• Identify and develop key talent in order to facilitate promotional career growth opportunities

• Assist facilities in obtaining appropriate corporate and regional and support as needed including clinical, accounting, marketing, and human resources

• Facilitate marketing and outreach program initiatives to meet established census
