Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
  • Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
  • Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
  • Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
  • Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must be familiar with general windows software, Microsoft Programs (especially Word, Excel, outlook, and PowerPoint), and FaceTime, Google Meet, and/or TEAMS!
  • Must be familiar with regulations for Medical Records
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment and must be willing to travel between locations
  • Inventory and stock supplies maintained at the nurse's station
  • Inventory and monitor central supply levels
  • Work with management to analyze supply usage and determine target inventory level and reorder points
  • Order, receive and restock in accordance with procedures
  • Monitor cost and maintain related records
  • Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
  • Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy and respect at all times.
  • Insure that all medical information is filed correctly and up-to-date for the member’s continuity of care.
  • Must possess a current and unexpired Driver's License to aid with transportation when needed
  • MUST HAVE – ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred)
  • Experience with ordering on line through DSSI is helpful.
